It is in the above context that CHANCEGAL proposes to maintain and strengthen its interventions with all structures by training and accompanying them. We rely on the recommendations and requests of our partner, Regional Delegation for Women’s Rights and Equality, to maintain a more sustainable action for change. This “Equality in Action” action helps to ensure equal success for girls and boys, women and men, whether at school, at work, or in personal life. This action uses several means (networking, coaching, training, conference, information meeting, awareness raising, organisation of events, monitoring and engineering of tools, collection of data and best practices) In order to 1) Create genuine professional equality** between women and men and make it **more visible in our territory** 2) Training in the **culture of gender equality** and its transmission, deconstruct representations and act in synergy **to reduce discriminatory practices and promote equal opportunities** 3) **Educating mutual respect and equality** between girls and boys, women and men, **to end gender-based and sexual violence** 4) **Promoting greater diversity of trades** and training streams, **key factor of professional equality** 5) Communicate, disseminate and organise events (International Women’s Day, Day to combat violence against women, 7th edition of the equality film list, Cinematoil’equality Awards, Professional Equality Seminar) 6) **Enlarge the network of partners** around the implementation of equality **for sustainable action** 7) Develop and share a methodological framework to increase the effectiveness of actions 8) To provide technical assistance to projects within the framework of professional equality or the diversification of professional choices This action takes place in partnership with: The Regional Delegation for Women’s Rights and Equality between Women and Men (DRDFEHF) The Academy La DIECCTE, The Equality Pole of the University of Reunion The REGION Meeting The Defender of Rights
