The operation consists of three separate actions: * Liaison Officer for Employment Enterprises * Development of actions around strategic sectors * Mobilisation of employers in favour of employment The main action is that of Liaison Officer Employment Enterprises (Clee), which aims to set up proximity relays, for businesses, in the various territories of the Métropole de Lyon. The role of these Clee will be to: * Propose support for the recruitment of people away from employment; * Participate in job security by promoting the integration of jobseekers; * Mobilise companies to build innovative integration pathways, combining immersion, training and employment; * Promote the anchoring of inclusive practices in the company’s HR and CSR policies. In addition, two other actions will be deployed to support the action of the Clee: * Mobilising the expertise of mission officers on raising public awareness of particularly stressed sectors of activity, by implementing actions aimed at discovering the trades and offering training and employment opportunities; * By focusing actions on proven formats (business meetings, job dating, large recruitment operations, etc.) allowing a more sustainable and faster return to and retention in employment for the most distant audiences.
