BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP

In line with DGEFP Instruction 2009-22 on the PLIE of 8 June 2009, the Local Plan for Inclusion and Employment (PLIE) mobilises a set of inclusiveness schemes to organise individualised pathways to employment. These pathways are aimed at the beneficiaries defined in this Protocol and are intended to strengthen their opportunities for access to employment, in response to the opportunities of a territory. Every PLIE is thus based on a diagnosis and project shared locally by all political, institutional, social and economic leaders in charge of employment and inclusion policies. Its function is to animate inclusion policies, to build community-based solutions, to coordinate the intervention of all actors contributing to the reduction of unused human resources, in a given territory. The “business relationship” action implemented by the Employment and Integration Service of the metropolis Nice Côte d’Azur, legal support for the local integration and employment plan, allows: * ** to ensure the interface between people in a situation of occupational integration in the territory (including PLIE participants) and companies in Nice Côte d’Azur throughout their journey,** *** Assist with the implementation of the “social” component of the company’s social responsibility (CSR).**
