This involves managing the overall grant, facilitating the use of funds, supporting bearers for the effective implementation of the audit trail. The tasks of the staff in charge of technical assistance are, inter alia, the following: \- communicate on the arrangements of the global grant, inform and advise potential beneficiaries, \- support project holders throughout the operation, \- participate in the definition of operations and ensure their instruction, \- organise the planning of operations in connection with the pilot service, \- ensure administrative, financial and accounting follow-up of agreements co-financed by the ESF, \- carry out on-site and part-checks in order to secure the audit trail, \- raise awareness of the fulfilment of Community obligations, \- respond to all external controls on the global grant, \- promote the ESF within the department and ensure the necessary support, \- communicate on ESF support in Meuse.
