The operation we present proposes to act on the strengthening of the quality of our support for business project promoters. It aims to implement actions to support the emergence of projects and the post-creation and consolidation of activities with a view to improving survival rates and developing job creation. Support for recovery is also proposed in our operation. In order to best adapt to the capabilities and availability of creators and entrepreneurs, we offer participants to sign up for a personalised accompaniment path combining individual accompaniment times and collective accompaniment times. The Individual Support aims to support and follow the project leader in an individualised and appropriate manner, regardless of the level of progress of his/her business project. Recurrent exchanges with the promoter, based on the professional expertise of the Mission Manager, an active or retired entrepreneur or executive (Parfather) and meetings with experts, will support the project in a sustainable and shared way. The Collective Accompanyment complements our support system for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in operation (from 1 to 3 years). It allows them to build a personalised path adapted to their needs by registering for the collective and thematic workshops proposed by the INITIATIVE platform. 6 Collective Support formats are offered to support active or emerging entrepreneurs in order to adapt to the economic, administrative and personal realities of entrepreneurs engaged on the device. Indeed, not all have the same needs in terms of content, the same pace and availability to advance their project, nor the same socio-professional or family constraints.
