Our project is to equip services to accommodate patients for new or more serious pathologies related to COVID-19 risk, including intensive care and follow-up specialised in respiratory conditions, at the request of the Martinique Regional Health Agency, and to reduce the logistical difficulties of our structure by targeting acquisitions of key and sufficient equipment. We have broken down our project into 5 actions. 1- Action 1 — Resuscitation equipment: Acquisition of resuscitation equipment to support acute patients in the event of a health crisis. 2- Action 2 — Respiratory rehabilitation equipment: acquisition of equipment for the management of chronic respiratory patients as part of the creation of a service of 10 beds and 10 follow-up places specialised in respiratory diseases, in the likely aftermath of the COVID-related health crisis. 3- Action 3 — Patient Portal: establishment of a patient portal through the acquisition of computer equipment and licences to dematerialise administrative formalities and enable patients to perform at home, via an application, its online formalities, without physical travel. 4\. Action 4 — Stock of barrier equipment: creation of a six-month stock of barrier equipment (masks, gel, over-blouse...) in order to continue the care of patients who need it safely for them and for caregivers. 5- Action 5: Creation of an aseptic laundry room: acquisition of state-of-the-art equipment to reduce infectious risk through disinfection, washing, drying and ironing of hospital linen taking into account all requirements in terms of quality and health safety.
