These urgent measures are translated into operational actions in order to provide rapid and concrete responses throughout the country. To this end, the community mobilises its internal resources (its staff and own funds) in order to be reactive, once the needs have been identified, to find the service providers in good practice, in order to provide all the necessary health equipment and equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE) to combat the virus and its spread within the territory to the identified public and personnel. The operation is to determine the needs, in order to provide targeted public PPE. It is also intended to address the challenges identified in the context of the COVID 19 health crisis. With this in mind, it is necessary to define a common strategy of general interest, with the whole territory and the local authorities in the region, in the context of improving access to affordable, sustainable and quality services while respecting public procurement procedures. Finally, in view of the lack of awareness of the virus, the lack of a solution to contain the disease, and the evolution of the post-containment situation, the CTM major community in the front line will have to constitute a strategic stock to deal with the resurgences of the spread of COVID-19.
