Strengthening the barriers in the context of the resumption of the public service in the central territory of Martinique

In order to preserve the health of staff and administrators, CACEM has decided to establish a strategic stock of personal protective equipment and sanitary equipment for all territorial agents and vulnerable populations in its territory. This acquisition will consist of: * surgical masks, * reusable fabric masks * spray visors, * breath guards, * boxes of disinfectant wipes, * hydroalcoholic gels, * supports for gel bottles. Masks will prevent the projection of upper airway secretions or saliva that may contain transmissible infectious agents when the wearer expires. Protective visors will enhance the protection of agents who are in contact with the public. In addition, distributors of hydro-alcoholic gels will be made available to these agents and administered in strategic locations within reach of all to avoid indirect transmission after the hand has been contaminated by contact with contaminated elements. In addition, boxes of disinfectant wipes will be available in service vehicles. Finally, plexiglas panels installed at the reception of the CACEM headquarters will maintain contact with the administrators while reinforcing the implementation of protective barrier measures.
