2020/Coordination of the Rochefort Ocean PLIE

The co-ordinating action of the PLIE targets only one action. 2 CARO employees carry out this task the coordinator and her assistant. Both persons are part-time on this operation. The coordination mission of the PLIE aims to mobilise local actors so that the most fragile audiences targeted by the PLIE can benefit from successful social inclusion. The coordination of the PLIE will apply the decisions of the elected representatives set out in the current Memorandum of Understanding of the PLIE. _The coordination of the PLIE will have to:_ * Coordinate the actions of PLIE career paths and monitor the progress of the entries of participants in employment journeys. Organise traceability of PLIE paths with stakeholders in contact with participants. * Participate in the articulation of the PLIE with the other departmental interventions for inclusion, establish the link with the city contract of the territory on the employment pillar, * Facilitate the technical bodies of the PLIE, manage the flows of participants, (watch group, coordination meeting with local actors, steering committee of the PLIE...) * Follow the database of PLIE participants with the beneficiaries. Help them to report on statistics, verify the data transmitted by the beneficiaries. Train users in the ABC PLIE database that they must use * Participate in regional and national bodies whose PLIE is concerned, * Promote local partnership, create exchange sites to: * To put in synergy the different means of accompanying the territory, respecting the identity of each partner, * Initiate and develop working tools common to the local partners (follow-up of the public, training, information, evaluation...). * Take into account cross-cutting priorities in their actions, in particular in relation to equality between men and women, equal opportunities,
