Steering and impulse of integration actions at the level of the territory of the Community of Agglomeration of Vichy

The programme decided by the community executive is based on four axes describing its overall strategy for occupational integration. ** _AXE 1 — Accompanying, Training, Qualifying_**, ** _AXE 2 — Insert through Economic Activity, AXE 3 — Accompanying to and in employment, AXE 4 — Supporting the SIAEs of the Territory_**_ To carry out this programme of actions, the community has dedicated an agent to its coordination and animation, who works with its partners in the SPE in close connection with the structures of integration through the economic activity of the territory as well as the Direccte and the services of the Departmental Council of Allier. In addition, the Vichy Community collects a substantial budget each year to help people who want to find a job on a long-term basis despite their social difficulties, or levels of training or, more simply, a victim of life accidents. To date, it is the only EPCI to have a policy on integration through economic activity in the department. Finally, Vichy Community finances a position of mutualised relationship-company facilitator between the structures of the integration of its basin. Its role is to promote better integration of ACI employees in the companies that recruit. In the course of 2020, the position of facilitator will evolve and should also administer an insertion platform dedicated to typology employees, thus enabling entrepreneurs holding contracts in the community to respond to the inclusion clause present in all calls for tenders launched by the community. In terms of the development of integration activities. After the feasibility study of the Montoncel project, the agglomeration revives a call for tenders to first maintain the hiking trails of the Bourbonnaise Mountain. This vision is part of a wider plan of tourism and economic development with heavy investments in this part of the Middle Mountains of the agglomeration. This integration site could have extensions in the fields of hospitality and catering. The agglomeration continues to work on the digital inclusion of integrated employees, thus promoting better integration in the workplace, enabling them to acquire digital skills. Two objectives are pursued: be able to take on basic tasks using the digital tool in particular in job search, and other steps — acquire transferable skills using digital.
