The mentoring program is carried out by the NFB in partnership with the Department of Réunion. It is financed by the Departmental Council and the European Social Fund. Under the current European Operational Programme 2014-2020, this action falls under measure 3.05 “environmental integration site”. In conjunction with the Departmental Council, this mission foresees in 2020 the management of 5 teams with a total of 30 JEPs in the first semester and 17 teams with a total of 102 JEPs in the second half of the year. Each of the integration teams is called upon to work an average of 20 hours per week on forest sites. They actually alternate 24-hour weeks (Wednesday to Friday) and 4 p.m. weeks (Monday to Tuesday). This allows you to share time and optimise resources between a calendar A and a B calendar: two teams A and B from the same site can thus benefit from the same vehicle and often the same framer. In 2020, this alternative arrangement of 2 A and B teams will not be possible on all sites. The time supplement due to the employment contract (single integration contracts being drawn up at 24 or 10 p.m.) is managed by the employer (the departmental council) to assign meetings, coaching and individual training. In order to receive training obtained as part of his personal support, an employee may also be required to be absent from the planned forestry sites. _Worksitting Time_ A team can theoretically perform an average of 20 hours per week for a full year would theoretically represent 52 x 20 = 1,040 hours. Experience, taking into account leave, public holidays, absences for training and recruitment delays shows that the reality is always lower and that an average of 900 hours of job placement for each team is a reasonable forecast. This estimate applies to the majority of teams.
