The creation of computer games is based on product development, which uses only human capital as a raw material. The products generated are digital content, i.e. they are intangible. The project measures target the entire gaming community in the Kymenlaakso region.Tulokset:Tuloksena, the project will generate new companies and jobs in the gaming sector and contribute to the growth and internationalisation of SMEs and to the development of know-how in companies and other organisations alike. As an indirect result of marketing measures, companies receive new project, publication or cost agreements. As a result of investment trips and events, companies will be better able to finance and receive new financing agreements or investments. The expertise of the entire gaming community develops with the use of expert services, coaching and expert exchanges. In addition, the gaming industry’s operating environment is developing, which enables better conditions for the production of games for new and existing companies. In addition, the measures will lead to a stronger integration of the region’s gaming sector into the national gaming community. The cumulative impact of the project’s results is also much more significant than when acting alone.
