The aim of the project is to increase the accommodation services and capacity of Ruka Safaris Oy and the whole Ruka region with new regional accommodation. The goal is to build 10 accommodation buildings with glass ceilings and walls for two people to admire the northern lights and the nightless night sun. The aim is to develop the existing service offering and the attractiveness of the whole Ruka-Kuusamo region in international markets. The accommodation buildings are also intended to increase summer use in the Iisakki Village and Ruka area, as the destinations are also suitable for summer travellers. The aim is to increase tourism exports.
