With the new Teno Agreement and internationalising and growing tourism, the municipality of Utsjoki has started to develop livelihoods comprehensively. The aim of this project is to ensure that the development of international tourism takes place in a prudent, culturally sensitive manner and in a coordinated manner between different land use needs. The project draws up a tourism land use plan for the municipality of Utsjoki.
