1.Description of the project The aim of the project is to create a Sotkamo model to implement the Youth Guarantee in Sotkamo as part of the qualitative development of youth work services. The aim is to bring good living and the rhythm of everyday life to young people in a difficult situation in order to help them. The aim of the project is to provide comprehensive support for life management, the development of social skills and the possibility of employment and search for a suitable sector for yourself. In addition to outreach youth work, more robust tools are needed to develop everyday and working life skills, where young people are guided and supported on a daily basis through their own conditions and strengths. The project will provide targeted and work-oriented guidance designed according to individual needs and capabilities to promote the individual’s ability to work. The project also works in close cooperation with flexible basic education (JOPO) from the perspective of preventive work, as well as with rehabilitative work activities, the TE Office and entrepreneurs. In addition, existing multi-professional cooperation networks and the service guidance group for children and young people are used. The task of the looking youth worker is to guide and guide young people who are excluded or at risk of social exclusion in their lives. The intermediate station is alone from the many places where the detective can direct the young person. The intermediate station is directed to young people who are not covered by any service and are clearly in a worse position than others. The detective will take the young man to the intermediate station “possibly.” At the intermediate station, the young person will receive an individual coach of the project, who will map the young person’s situation and set goals with him/her. Even a detective can be involved in making goals, because the detective already has information about a young person, the detective knows the young person. The intermediate station of time is directed by an individual coach. After the intermediate status, the young person continues to study or to work (this transition can again involve the help of the detective). The centre is concretely the place where the young person can come in the middle of his/her life before moving to a place of work or study. The intermediate station supports the management of young people’s life through small practical steps so that the young person’s ability to work or study is improved. At the time of the project, the young person may be unemployed as a jobseeker, student, schoolchildren, on sick leave or entirely outside the services. The project employs one full-time and part-time employee. The title of full-time project worker will be individual coach and part-time project manager. Individual coach, project manager and searching youth workers form a working team. 2. Objectives of the project: 1.Sotkamo model from Youth Guarantee. Through the Youth Guarantee model of Sotkamo, network work and the participation of entrepreneurs in the implementation of the Youth Guarantee are realised at the level of everyday operations. 2.Individual support activities that contribute comprehensively to the management and functioning of the young person’s daily life, as well as to access to work or to study. •3.Create a clear monitoring system to help and support young people with a “intermediate — track for the future” model when using different services. The following questions •Number of enterprises in operation/number of working days in operation •Many young people studying, at work 100 % of origin •How many young people are reached/year through the activity •Permanence, number of customers, duration of the guide path •How many boys/girls are involved •Operation model that can be duplicated to others3. The initiator and implementer of the project is the youth work of the municipality of Sotkamo. 1. Implementation of the Youth Guarantee in SotkamoThe aim of the Youth Guarantee is that, after becoming unemployed, the young person would be in some measures in three months’ time. In Sotkamo, the situation has been challenging with regard to this objective, given the weak employment situation. The aim of the project is to respond to this need and to provide young people with fewer opportunities to find employment, a place to improve their employment prospects. Through the project, young people can get training, meaningful things to do, help with planning the future and get to the normal everyday rhythm.2. Everyday management: Life management and well-being are placed in people’s daily lives and feel like a well-founded experience of the smooth running of everyday life. Everyday management is something functional, experiential and immediate feedback. It is about influencing your own life, your surrounding environment and people close to you with your own knowledge, know-how and interaction skills.
