Cab Vantaa

The City of Vantaa has implemented the Youth Guarantee for a long time, especially with the Petra project (2010-). The results in tackling youth unemployment have been positive, but work needs to be diversified and developed into an increasingly diverse and individualised approach to young people and to allow seamless cooperation between the authorities. In order to promote employment, education and well-being of people under the age of 30, a new multi-stakeholder cross-management service model is needed to provide young people with a low-threshold service path. The cab Vantaa cooperates with the Helsinki and Espoo Ohjaamos with the aim of developing a coherent operating model, developing the competence of the personnel, involving the customer base, joint communication and similar monitoring. In addition, a business cooperation model is being developed in Vantaa. As a result of the project, young people not in employment, education and training will become more attached to society, their educational, educational and employment capacities will be improved, youth inclusion and well-being will increase, gender equality and equality for all will increase, the skills of those serving those in a weak position on the labour market will be improved, and youth unemployment will decrease.
