OpsoDile — Subarea of the South

OpsoDil, SECURITY PROJECTIONS Activities will develop the Information, Guidance and Consultation on Apprenticeships in order to increase the use of apprenticeships among young people. In addition, procedures should be developed to ensure that the JOINT COMMUNITY and the student interested in the apprenticeship are involved. Companies should SUPPORT the procedures for agreeing apprenticeships. The aim is to coordinate the provision of apprenticeships in the region and to organise information sessions; Training AND REQUIREMENTS for staff in primary schools, TE Offices, workshops and social services, as well as for students and employers. A common approach will be established in the major area network, covering directly or indirectly in the EU the following transitions from education to education or employment, or other transitions in transitions in working life, informing students in primary education and 2nd level and local employers about the possibilities of apprenticeships. 2.promote the skills of groups under-represented in education and thereby promote employment opportunities, in particular the career development of young people with different language and cultural backgrounds.3.Develop new solutions, promote a proactive approach or provide specific added value to existing measures, in particular through pre-learning periods and models combining work and training.4.Promote cooperation between actors to enable common practices and equitable approaches5.Support equality, equality and sustainable development, so that every young person has the opportunity to include apprenticeship studies as part of their own learning pathway.
