The Social Inclusion and Change in Work and Functional Capacity (Solmu) project has developed a method of self-assessment of work and functional ability Kykyviisari. The Kykyviisari is specifically intended for self-assessment of the working and functional capacity of inactive people of working age. Kykyviisari was originally developed for the use of the ESF priority for five projects, but it was soon discovered that there is a need for a more extensive method of self-assessment such as the Kykyviisari in the service system. The use of the wizard is therefore very widespread, and in 2020-2022 the focus will be on making Kykyviisari a part of the digital service system. In addition to supporting rooting, a change indicator for five projects will be provided to the Funder (STM) for the ESF priority axis. The change indicator allows the financier to look at projects under the five priority axis that have used Kykyviisar, depending on the changes in the working and operational capacity of project participants. This indicator work is also an integral part of supporting projects for the use of the Kykyviisar. In 2020-2022, the user orientation and accessibility of the Kykyviisari will be further developed at the Solu. The aim is to make the Kykyviisari as easy to use as possible and to serve the target group as meaningfully as possible. In a broader context, the Solmu project aims to promote the path towards working life for people who are partially capable of working and who are in a challenging position on the labour market. The project also aims to raise public awareness of work and functional capacity, as well as to support individuals’ ability to act and participate in improving their working and functional capacity.
