A parallel labour market policy project acquires the labour market training, coaching and wage support needed by the target group of the Ohjaamo 2.0 development project. The aim of the project is to create a low-threshold guidance service for young people in the province, the Ohjaamo model, which is easily accessible to young people. The cockpit model clarifies and supports young people’s access to education, training completion and employment. The aim of the action is, among other things, to find suitable and flexible pathways for young people in education and work. Training, coaching and wage subsidies are used as tools, for example, and their use will be developed to better meet the needs of young people and the world of work.
