Missile Parallel Project

The parallel project finances the labour policy measures of the missile project. The aim of the missile project is to develop and implement guidance, coaching and other services to promote employment for young people and those in a weak position on the labour market. The project will improve the employability of young people and others in disadvantaged labour market positions and promote employment. The employment of unemployed jobseekers is promoted by improving their professional skills, providing individual guidance and training services, and developing guidance and motivation models as well as training content. Particular attention will be paid to the development and implementation of individually tailored training models. In the project, peer development is carried out in such a way that project customers are activated to participate in the development of training and guidance services. Special attention will be paid to the functioning of existing services and to the timely targeting of services. The aim is to seek solutions for target groups with wage subsidies and training funded by a parallel project.___2.10.2017, additional funding for the employment services of the parallel project is sought. Wage subsidies and training grants are almost tied, so the need for additional money was discussed with the main project. The provincial reform was postponed to the beginning of 2020, so it is also possible to implement parallel projects until 31 May 2019. Therefore, additional funding and extension of the project will be requested until 31 May 2019. There is a need for employment services until the completion of the main project and the parallel project.___22.1.2019, the parallel missile project has progressed in accordance with the objectives set and a discussion has been held with the development project on the need to continue the project. The TEM letter submitted in October 2018 (TEM/591/09.10.02/2017) provides for new deadlines, allowing for an additional time for the implementation of the projects. The need for employment services is still seen both from the perspective of the main project and from the perspective of the parallel project, so an extension of the missile-parallel project is requested until 31 July 2020.
