The main objective of the project is to create an operating model for the SME network to develop productivity and cooperation networks in a customer-oriented way. The project will develop a comprehensive model for developing business-to-business cooperation networks. The model will differ from similar development models in terms of its usefulness for SMEs: the development of activities must be sufficiently agile and flexible for SMEs.The main objective is divided into three sub-objectives as follows:1)Model for real-time measurement of the performance of the subcontracting network of the main contractor in order to cooperate competitively in customer-oriented (global) networks. 2)Model to identify factors affecting the performance of a customer-oriented network and analyse their importance for the performance of the cooperation network. 3)Identifying and utilising new business models and profit logics in collaborative networks in the digitalising ubi society.The project’s actions target six companies involved in development, on which basis the project will create an operating model for the development of productivity and cooperation within the SME network. The project’s activities focus on three main areas: 1. Measuring the productivity and efficiency of the supply and distribution network (simulating and optimising the operation of the network), 2. Measuring the factors affecting the performance of the supply and distribution network (entrepreneur orientation, market orientation, use of information and learning/payability) and 3. Identification and development of new business models and profit logics (development of network-level strategies). Based on these measures, a model covering all three areas will be created to develop productivity and cooperation within the SME network.The result of the project will therefore be the following:1)Action model for the development of the productivity of the SME network, 2)Action model for measuring and developing the cooperation and performance of customer-oriented cooperation networks, the model includes the following sections: •tools for analysis of the current state of cooperation •tools for analysis of the target state •tools for performance and cooperation development 3)Operational model for the development and development of revenue models and strategies for cooperation networks4,a comprehensive model for improving the business efficiency and development of the SME network
