The project is a parallel project of the Path project to finance labour market training, coaching and wage subsidy periods for the long-term unemployed and unemployed jobseekers threatened by long-term unemployment, especially those under the age of 30 and over 54 years of age. The project is a project of the Lapland ELY Centre’s own production project, the aim of which is to develop employment paths for people in vulnerable labour market situations in cooperation with the Employment and Economic Development Office, municipalities, intermediate labour market service providers, employers, trainers and educational institutions.
