The project will develop and pilot an operating model based on the labour needs assessment of the international services business to be carried out, taking into account entrepreneurs and company staff, as well as the unemployed, the long-term unemployed and those hard to be employed. The survey will be assisted by a working group to be formed, including representatives of the TE Office, Ekam and Cursor, representatives of entrepreneurs and possibly representatives of employment observatories. The operating model enables the comprehensive development of the training needs of companies operating international services business in the region. The digital learning environment developed in the project enables the scaling up of the services business related to education and the development of the international business based on it even after the project. The project will ensure that the workforce in the services business grows in terms of skills and availability. In addition, the digital learning platform developed in the project ensures a cost-effective and modern learning environment as a basis for cooperation between operators. The effect of the project is to improve the training of the local services business in future to meet the labour needs of the rapidly developing international services business. The result is a comprehensive development plan for companies and their workforce, which is also scalable for future needs. The development and deployment of a digital learning platform will increase the skills and take-up of digitalisation in all participating organisations. Over a longer time horizon, the platform enables the further development of education and the provision of attractive training to ensure the labour market needs of enterprises in the region.
