The objective of the project is to increase the identification of opportunities for design and creative know-how and to stimulate innovation as a competitive agent with companies, joints and strategic networks in different sectors. Creative know-how and design are seen as a wide-ranging and strategic way to strengthen the value creation and competitiveness of society and the livelihood of the economy. The project will strengthen the collaboration between creative industries and networks of actors by stimulating a wide range of operational and knowledge-based approaches. The project is also geared to promoting the employment of creative professionals, amateurs and students.Objectives:1. Increase the uptake of design thinking and know-how in multidisciplinary product service development processes and strategic planning between companies and the public sector.2. Modernise and multidisciplinary the ways in which design training is carried out, strengthen the business and social integrity of education and improve the relevance of training to better meet the needs of companies and organisations.3. Strengthen the competence of teachers, trainers and business advisors in facilitating and managing cross-sectoral innovation processes, as well as coaching skills related to customer-friendly value creation, innovation, business, and civic education.4. Develop marketing and sales skills of creative professionals and related targeted entrepreneurship support services.5. Strengthens the understanding of the opportunities of design and creative competence as a strategic, competitive-enhancing thinker and entrenches the skills and practices created by the project as part of the training in the field. Identifying the needs of companies and organising regional co-design workshops to address business and product development challenges together with student teams.2. Agile experiments in co-creation with companies, partner schools and organisations. Implementation of a wide range of innovation cultures and camps, international design and business hackathons and e-learning mass lectures, and co-design arts with companies that create concepts for the hyodynamic of design and media as a means of sales, marketing and strategic management.3. Benchmarking of good practice and methods of training. Familiarise with the projects in the Baltic Sea region and intensify cooperation and exchange of good use with CIRRUS and CUMULUS networks, as well as excursions to the EU’s leading innovative design centres, educational institutions and clusters.4. Based on the materials and materials generated in the pilots and pilots, web materials and implementations will be developed for all partners to be used and further co-produced.5. Evaluation of the performance of training experiments and dissemination of the results of the experiments by means of paper and paper publications.6. Design and piloting of coaching programmes for design teachers, trainers and business advisors (multidisciplinary implementations).7. Development of corporate counselling services for design and creative professionals, e.g. service pricing, IPR tools and author’s rights portfolio, and strengthening the business understanding of creative industries for business advisors in New Business Centres and by organising the work of the industry in the planning of joint operations.8. Development of entrepreneurship support services and materials for higher education students.9. Communication and information during the project and increasing the effectiveness of the project by organising a high-place innovation camp and project demonstration as part of Lahti Design Week and in the context of the 2017 World Championships. The project will generate results:- improved identification of opportunities for design thinking and know-how and hyodynamics through innovation and innovation expertise in companies and public sector in 2017 product and service development, and strategic planning in innovation processes and strategic planning- Supporting materials and publications of design-able cross-sectoral business and entrepreneurship in the area of innovation — Impairment and training programs for companies, partner learning institutions and marketing practices for marketing and innovative marketing, and strategic planning in the area.
