UAB “Namita” is preparing an investment project aimed at expanding its activities and creating modern infrastructure for the provision of innovative sanatorium treatment, medical rehabilitation and wellness services. The main objectives of the project implemented by UAB “Namita” are to create a modern sanatorium complex in line with European Union standards, which will provide health, sanatorium treatment and medical rehabilitation services and improve health and quality of life for the sanatorium’s clients. The project is implemented in a resort area, one of the most unique places in Lithuania, famous for its landscape and natural resources — Birštonas, Nemunas loops regional park. During the project, a 3-storey building with a basement and attic will be built, which will be equipped with 119 double rooms and 21 luxurious rooms and create modern and comfortable facilities for health, medical rehabilitation and sanatorium treatment together with accommodation and catering services, where an average of 184 customers will be able to receive high-quality services at the same time. Planned results of the project: 11 new jobs for highly qualified and junior specialists directly linked to the project will be created with wages corresponding to the national average wage, attracting EUR 4.59 million in private investment and 7866.86 % increase in the company’s turnover.
