It is estimated that 5.271 people will be included in the recruitment on the basis of a subsidy. 4. 304 people are expected to be involved in supporting the territorial mobility of the unemployed. The project “Supporting the employment of the long-term unemployed” will seek the following output indicators: 1. Unemployed persons, including the long-term unemployed, who have participated in ESF activities — 13.613. 2. Long-term unemployed who have participated in ESF activities — 7.244. The project “Supporting the employment of the long-term unemployed” will seek the following result indicators: 1. Participants who have obtained a qualification at the end of their participation in ESF activities — 42 % or 5.718. 2. Participants in employment, including self-employment, after leaving the ESF: 35 % or 4.765. Unemployed people will be able to acquire or/and improve their professional qualifications and competences during VET and non-formal education. SMP will help to consolidate the acquired professional knowledge directly at the workplace. Participants in the project, ES, will be able to establish themselves in the labour market or take up employment. The support of the BTJ will encourage unemployed people to take up jobs away from their place of residence when the TDB is unable to offer the unemployed a decent job. “Supporting the employment of long-term unemployed” will contribute to matching labour market demand and supply.
