The project “Enhancing the Competences of Qualified Persons” will be implemented together with 10 partners — territorial labour exchanges. During the project, activities will be implemented to increase the acquisition of the unskilled unemployed, skills development, acquisition of missing job skills and integration into the labour market, which will seek the following physical indicators: 1. Unskilled unemployed persons registered with territorial labour exchanges are included in counselling and career guidance. It is estimated that 5.000 unskilled unemployed registered at territorial labour exchanges will be included in counselling and career guidance. 2. Unskilled unemployed persons registered with territorial labour exchanges are included in vocational training and non-formal education. It is expected that 15.400 unskilled unemployed registered at territorial labour exchanges will be included in vocational training and non-formal education. 3. Participants in vocational training and non-formal education have been involved in supporting the acquisition of work skills. 4.100 participants in vocational training and non-formal education are expected to be involved in supporting the acquisition of work skills. 4. Participants in vocational training and non-formal education have been involved in job rotation. 120 participants in vocational training and non-formal education are expected to be involved in job rotation. The project “Enhancing the Competences of Qualified Persons” will seek the following output indicators: 1. Unemployed, including long-term unemployed, who have participated in ESF activities: 15.400. 2. Unemployed persons, including long-term unemployed, who have participated in ESF activities, of which: long-term unemployed — 1.400. The project “Enhancing the Competences of Qualified Persons” will seek the following result indicators: 1. Participants who have obtained a qualification at the end of their participation in ESF activities — 42 % or 6.468. 2. Participants taking up employment, including self-employment, after leaving the ESF: 35 % or 5.390.
