The project “Get the profession in demand” will be implemented together with 10 partners — territorial labour exchanges. The project will implement qualification and competence development activities for the unemployed, with the exception of the unskilled, long-term and long-term unemployed, over 54 years of age, which will aim to achieve the following physical indicator: 1. With the exception of those who are not qualified, long-term and long-term unemployed, unemployed over 54 years of age, who are registered at the regional labour offices, the unemployed are included in vocational training. It is expected that 2.280 registered unemployed people, excluding those who are not qualified, long-term and long-term unemployed, over 54 years of age, will be included in vocational training. The project “Get the profession in demand” will seek the following output indicator: 1. The unemployed, including the long-term unemployed, have participated in ESF activities — 2.280. The project “Get the profession in demand” will seek the following result indicators: 1.Participants who have obtained a qualification at the end of their participation in ESF activities — 75 % or 1.710. 2.Participants who have taken up employment, including self-employment, after leaving the ESF: 40 % or 912. The unemployed will be able to acquire or/and improve their professional qualifications and competences during their vocational training if this is necessary for job vacancies or self-employment. The project “Get the profession in demand” prepared by the Lithuanian Labour Exchange will contribute to the compatibility of labour market demand and supply, and will accelerate the establishment of unemployed people in the labour market.
