UAB Geralda has invested in the development of the production base in recent years. The company plans to increase production by 40-50 % over the next five years. In order to ensure efficient production process, the software, its installation works and employee training will be purchased during the project “Geralda” performance optimisation by implementing electronic business solutions. The implementation of the project will take 1.5 years. Thanks to these investments, a unified business management system will be created, which will allow optimisation of 8 business processes. The project will create the right preconditions for the development and production of new products with higher added value, will allow for a more efficient expansion of production outlets and will allow for cost reductions and operating costs.
