The aim of the project is to pay to social enterprises a partial compensation of wages and state social security contributions and an assistant subsidy at the level provided for in the legislation. 138 partners will participate in the project, including: 71 social enterprises, 58 disabled social enterprises and 9 regional labour offices. The following activities will be supported during the project: 1. Support for the employment of disabled persons with severe disability or persons with a working capacity of 0-25 % or with a high level of special needs in social enterprises, by subsidising the share of wages and public social security contributions. 335 people with disabilities will participate in the project. 2. Support for the employment of disabled persons with an average disability level or persons with a working capacity of 30-40 % or average special needs in social enterprises, by subsidising the share of wages and public social security contributions. 3575 people with disabilities will participate in the project. 3. Support for the employment of disabled persons with a low disability level or persons with disabilities with a working capacity rate of 45-55 % or a low level of special needs in social enterprises, by subsidising the share of wages and public social security contributions. 2990 people with disabilities will participate in the project. 4. Recruitment of an assistant (gestic-language interpreter) to subsidise the costs of assistance necessary for the performance of work functions by a disabled person. An assistant (gestic language interpreter) subsidy will be paid to 107 assistants working in disabled social enterprises who will help 342 disabled persons with severe or moderate disability, or persons with disabilities with a working capacity not exceeding 40 % or with a level of high or medium special needs to perform their work functions.
