In order to ensure the reliability of electricity supply, the stability of the work of the EES, the integration of diversified energy sources both in Lithuania and the Baltic region, and to integrate the Baltic States into the common European EES, it is necessary to have forces and a modernised electricity sector. This requires updating and extending the EES transmission networks. Reconstruction of Vilnius E-3 TP, 110/35/10 kV Pagėgiai TP and 110/10 kV Juodupė TP 110 kV distribution stations will contribute to ensuring reliable and stable work of the EES transmission network, uninterrupted electricity supply and the consistent restoration of the internal electricity transmission network.
