Currently, Lithuanian research and research institutions and state research institutes lack the capacity to identify market-demand and research-related services and R & D works, to find the most effective channels for the sale of services and to choose the best ways and means to present the research carried out and/or developed. The aim of the project is to promote open access to research services and R & D results in scientific and research institutions by developing the capacities of scientists and other researchers and other researchers, scientific managers of higher education and public research institutes to identify the services needed for research and to commercialise R & D results and organise joint R & D marketing using the “Open R&D Lietuva” label. The project will increase the qualification of scientists and other researchers in the identification, development and delivery of services needed for R & D research, and will acquire know-how to identify and transfer technologies and provide R & D services. The implementation of the activities provided for in the project will allow to establish sustainable relations with diplomatic missions and associated structures and to ensure the maintenance and activation of open access to research services and R & D work delivery system. The implementation of the activities will also strengthen national and international communication on the scientific potential of MSI and the R & D services provided.
