The aim of the project is to strengthen Lithuanian (baltistic) centres abroad, promote their activities and cooperation with Lithuanian science and study institutions in order to improve the quality of higher education. The main focus is on involving students and lecturers in the academic processes of Lithuanianism, i.e. the exchange of teachers and students: to this end, formal studies and internships in Lithuanian universities are organised, a long-term lecturer in foreign Baltic Studies Centres (hereinafter — BC) and short-term visits of lecturers from Lithuania to read lectures, consult students, present the latest results of Lithuanian research, etc.; visits and qualification development courses for foreign BC lecturers in Lithuania, educational events — summer schools and dialectological expeditions are organised. Through direct dialogue between scientific centres, practical and scientific conferences and seminars are foreseen. 6 electronic learning tools and two teaching tools in pdf format will be developed to ensure the dissemination of Lithuanianism in electronic space.
