The problem of the project is an insufficient number of territories that are attractive for business creation and development, with developed infrastructure in Alytus. The industrial area of Alytus city, located in Industrial Street 1, is one of the main business fireplaces in Alytus, but the public infrastructure in this area is underdeveloped (there is no access road, the parking lot in the area of Industrial Street 1 is a pit, not suitable for transport parking, inoperative lighting of the territory), therefore it is unattractive to potential customers and at the same time creates inconveniences for entrepreneurs operating here. Indirectly, the problem of the project affects the residents and guests of Alytus, as the abandoned environment creates a negative aesthetic image and does not guarantee the safety of the territory. During the implementation of the project, a section of the access road between Industrial Street and Nauja str. (Stage I) will be installed; access road located in the back (north-east) part of the building (Phase II); the exit road, which is parallel to the plot of JSC “Jakobsen home Co” (stage IV), engineering networks (rain sewage and lighting networks) has been installed, and a parking lot has been arranged. It is expected that after the implementation of the project, the industrial area located in Industrial Street 1 will be more adapted to business development and development. Companies operating in this industrial area, employees of companies, partners, customers and suppliers of existing companies, potential investors, residents and guests of Alytus city will benefit from the planned project.
