The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of the training of specialists in the fields of art and technology sciences who respond to the needs of the region by completing the modernisation of the Training Chamber of Vilnius College of Technology and Design (hereinafter referred to as the College) at Olandų str. 16, Vilnius. During the project, a decentralised ventilation system and an external waterproofing system of the building’s plinth will be installed in the training building at Olandų str. 16, Vilnius, where currently the Faculty of Technology and Design of the College operates. After the implementation of the project, the technical condition of the building will be achieved, ensuring the required temperature of the existing audiences, educational workshops, laboratories and administrative and general premises (corridors), and the relative air humidity of all building premises, which would meet the requirements of the hygiene standards in force. Ensuring compliance of the microclimate with hygiene standards will significantly improve the conditions of students and workers in the building, which is likely to improve the quality of studies and study results.
