UAB “Terekas” is the largest PET container manufacturer in the Baltic States. The main activity of the company is the production and sale of PET containers, the production of equipment for the production of plastic containers. This market is highly competitive, as other innovative solutions are used every year in the manufacture of packaging. UAB “Terekas” intends to implement the project together with partner companies. In order to exploit their experience and market potential, companies plan to train and increase their competence to more than 150 workers, who will improve their knowledge as specialists in sales management, production masters, engineers-constructors, engineers-coultants, CNC operators, furniture-benches, cutters, construction assistants, administrator-staff manager, financier, accountant, tailor-made. The project will contribute to the development of workers with practical skills, contributing to the social security of employees, cooperation and the dissemination of knowledge among companies in different sectors. Obtaining support for this project would be an essential precondition for the project’s implementation. This support is a prerequisite for the implementation of the project in terms of quality and scope.
