The aim of the project is to develop methodological and ICT tools for publicising information on revenue, expenditure and other financial data of entities defined in the Law on Public Accountability in the electronic space. The project is needed to develop e-tools to publish clear and understandable public management information, to disseminate knowledge about its use and ways to participate in public management processes. The project meets this objective of the Operational Programme “In the course of the project, tools will be developed that will allow citizens, non-governmental organisations and other interested parties to analyse information on SBS revenue and expenditure”. The measures created during the project will increase the transparency of public finances, allow members of the public to better understand the financial activities of public institutions and the use of state financial resources. The system will also have tools to collect, integrate and process data from different data sources. During the project, the project’s task will be to develop methodological and ICT tools, which would allow the public to provide information about the income, costs and other financial data of the entities defined in the Law on Public Accountability, in electronic form, the IS will also have tools for data collection, integration and processing from different data sources. This will be done through 2 activities: 1) development of indicator architecture — 1 pcs.; 2) Creation and implementation of IS “Open Finances” — 1 unit. At the end of the project implementation period, the output monitoring indicator “Measures of the National Anti-Corruption Programme implemented with ESF funds by the Public Managing Authorities under the Operational Programme” — 1 unit will be achieved.
