High-quality complex services are the path to positive family development and security. The target group of the project is families living in Akmenė district municipality. The activities of the project aim to create conditions as close as possible to the family’s place of residence to receive the services provided in an integrated manner. 1136 people living in the municipality will receive these services. Activities to be implemented:1. Organisation and coordination of the provision of family services “one-stop-shop”: recipients of services — families living in the municipality.2. Positive Paternity Training: service recipients — families who want to develop or acquire paternity skills, couples who are thinking of starting a family, young families.3. Psychosocial support: service recipients — persons in crisis situations (dependency, trauma, serious and incurable diseases, conflicts, violence, loss).4. Development of family skills: recipients of services are families who lack the skills needed for family life, large families. 5. Childcare services: service recipients are children of parents involved in project activities. 6. Mediator service: ‘users’ means persons who are assisted in avoiding the possible initiation of judicial proceedings and penalties-civil claims, criminal proceedings. The use of mediation will help to replace the tense process of dispute resolution with a negotiated, two-way, mutually satisfactory solution. 7. Personal assistant services 8.
