The aim of the project is to develop and implement centrally managed technical tools that enable managers of state information resources to prepare and provide open data sets and their metadata to business, public entities, the public, and the scientific community. The task of the project is to create technical tools — the Lithuanian Open Data Portal for centralised re-use of data processed by Lithuanian public sector bodies for business and the public, allowing them to be accessed without prior conditions and conveniently, in one place on a one-stop-shop basis. The expected results of the project are as follows: 1. The creation of an open data portal; 2. Integrated interfaces with data sources (information systems/registries) have been established; 3. The open data portal is filled with metadata from the project partners’ datasets; 4. The performance of all open data portal services has been tested; 5. Integration of the Open Data Portal with the EU Open Data Portal (www.europeandataportal.eu) has been implemented.
