Currently, the territorial planning (hereinafter — TP) process is computerised — 3 information systems (hereinafter — IS) and registers — the Register of Territorial Planning Documents of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter — TPDR) for registration of approved TA documents, the IS for the preparation of territorial planning documents and territorial planning process of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter — TPDRIS) for the preparation, harmonisation of documents and other necessary procedures, and territorial planning and monitoring IS (hereinafter referred to as “TPSIS”) are established and operational. In the case of such infrastructure, the whole TP process and its monitoring steps and actions are carried out in different IS, some of the processes or steps thereof are not computerised, are carried out decentralisedly in different municipalities, and the e-services provided are not sufficiently user-friendly for users. In order to solve the current problems, it is planned to set up a centralised access portal “Topography, Engineering Infrastructure, Spatial Planning and Construction E-Gateway” through which TPDRIS, TPDR, TPSIS, Topography and Engineering Infrastructure IS and InfoBuilding IS e-services will be provided, modernise/modified existing by creating 11 new user-centric OBDS, TPDR, TPSIS e-services, thus ensuring efficient and integrated provision of TP services: E-services of the “Plan area” service group: 1.Preparation and approval of TF documents. 2.TP document registration. 3.The conclusion of contracts for the implementation of registered TP documents solutions. 4.Changing the main use and/or method of land use. 5.Registering a change in the main use and/or method of land use in the Real Estate Register. E-services of the service group “Monitoring Territory Planning”: 6.Reception of relevant information and subscription to changes. 7.TP spatial data provision. 8.Provision and review of data on monitoring and implementation of solutions. 9.Submission of proposals for TA documents. 10.Submission of extracts of documents. 11.Prepared and approved TP
