The aim of the project is to increase the internationalisation of VET and adult education and the international mobility of its participants. The target group is the pedagogical and non-educational staff of vocational training and adult education institutions. During the project, internships abroad and foreign experts’ visits to Lithuania will be organised for pedagogical and non-educational staff of vocational training institutions and adult education institutions. These measures will increase the internationalisation of VET and adult education and the international mobility of its participants. The estimated number of participants in the project is at least 1150 people. Deliverables and benefits of the project: the participants of the project will improve the professional competences of the staff of vocational training and adult education institutions, which will create preconditions for improving the quality of training; the conditions and incentives for the lifelong learning of staff of vocational training and adult education institutions will be expanded and the main long-term pathways for the internationalisation of vocational training and adult education in Lithuania, ensuring sustainable learning mobility, will be defined and measures presented to implement them.
