During the project, the development of the integrated network of Kaunas city to the Aleksotas microdistrict is planned. 3.7 km of heat supply networks connecting Kaunas city’s integrated network with local heat supply networks located in the Aleksotas district are being constructed. It is planned to connect existing and new heat users in the district of Alexotho. The project is carried out in order to ensure a balanced and sustainable development of energy, ensuring reliable energy supply to Kaunas city district heating customers at the lowest possible cost and minimised pollution. The project will reduce pollution and provide more reliable heat to Kaunas city heat consumers.
