Establishment of a system of public policy change in ministries (hereinafter referred to as “the Government Project Management System Development to Ministries” (hereinafter referred to as “Development of the Government Project Management System”)

The aim of the project is to strengthen the operational management of public administrations and ensure proper implementation and coordination of national public governance reforms, applying unified project management principles. During the project, the project management system will be created to facilitate and optimise the existing processes for the management of projects, programmes and portfolios of institutions and to ensure a smooth sharing of information between the RAC and 14 Ministries.
