The aim of the project is to improve the quality of service provision and personal service related to the application and publicity of SŽNS. The goal of the project is to create a unified system for registering territories with SŽNS and managing their data. Project activities: 1) analysis of the current situation of the application of SHPC, methodology for the management of SHPC and related services; 2) preparation of recommendations and recommendations for amendments to relevant legislation; the development of tools (software components) for the unified processing and recording of CNS data; 3) Improving the competences of specialists of public administrations providing services related to SŽNS. The project delivers: 1) Increased availability and reliability of information and data on SPCs needed to provide SHPC-related services, ensuring the possibility of registering all types of areas with SHNS in one place. 2) Increased quality, efficiency and reduced duration of services by creating tools for centralised registration and accumulation of areas with SŽNS in one place. 3) Staff of public administrations involved in optimisation and automation of SŽNS services and personal service functions have been trained.
