Modernisation of the study infrastructure of Vilnius College

Vilnius College seeks to provide high-quality and market valued scientific services, but not all college infrastructure meets the needs of studies, hygiene norms and is not used effectively. The aim of this project is to create an integrated, modern base of study and practical skills development that maximises the achievement of the goals of study programmes. During the project, it is planned to modernise the infrastructure for studying health, veterinary, business and public management sciences of Vilnius College, thus creating favorable conditions for teaching and learning and increasing the quality of practical training of specialists who respond to the needs of the region and Lithuania and the attractiveness of the study environment. During the implementation of the project, the premises of the Faculty of Health Care (hereinafter referred to as “SPF”) will be renovated with an area of approximately 7 317 m², the premises of the Faculty of Agrotechnologies (ATF) with an area of approximately 797 m² and the premises of the Faculty of Business Management (hereinafter referred to as “VPF”) with an area of approximately 4 630 m² will be renovated. Modern specialised, basic and computer equipment for practical training audiences, laboratories, furniture for audiences, general and independent student learning spaces will also be purchased. The project will provide modern training and learning infrastructure for 1018 SPF, 165 ATF and 1492 VVF students (all 2675) and 202 teachers.
