The aim of the project is to renovate the building of Vilnius College in order to increase the energy efficiency of the public building — to achieve the least energy performance class C and to improve the physical and energy characteristics of the building and its engineering systems. During the project, the following activities — building renovation works will be implemented: — Window replacement; — Replacement of external doors; — Insulation of external walls and plinth (tinted facade); — Roof insulation; — Insulation of external overlays; — Modernisation of the heating system and the heat point; — Modernisation of the ventilation system by installing recuperation in the gym. The project will improve the energy efficiency of the building, reduce greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere and improve the learning and working conditions for non-employees.
