In order to address the growing imbalance between labour supply and demand and to rationalise the use of human resources, it is necessary to ensure the skills of future generations that meet the needs of the labour market and society by developing from an early stage people who are able to plan their careers consciously: able to adequately assess their personal qualities, abilities and decide on the choice of profession and feel responsible for their future. This project will help to ensure the attractiveness and accessibility of career services for all pupils from early school age; make career services available to pupils experiencing social exclusion; reduce disparities in access to career development services between children in rural and urban areas; increase the attractiveness of career development services through the development of an innovative system of career services in real and virtual environments.
