The main result that will be achieved with the realisation of the project is a rehabilitated section with a length of 25.221 km. Road II-23 serves 2 districts of Ruse and Razgrad, connects the district centers Ruse and Razgrad, and between the municipalities of Ruse and Kubrat with the two district centers. The road section provides a connection to road I-2 and road II-49. With the improvement of the transport and operational qualities of the road section, the road safety and comfort of the travelling residents of the villages of Tetovo and Belovets to the towns of Ruse and Kubrat will be extended. The improved conditions for crossing the section will have a beneficial impact on the target groups under this project and the final beneficiaries — the population of the municipalities of Rousse and Kubrat, will contribute to improving the quality of life and working environment, providing new opportunities to increase the region’s competitive capacity and accessibility to the TEN-T network of freight and passengers within the region, thus achieving the objective of the current grant scheme. set for the successful implementation of the project are:-Establishing a project management team, which will manage and coordinate all activities and participants involved in the realisation of the investment proposal — Selection of a contractor to carry out construction works and activities on information and publicity of the project, signing a contract with it and carrying out rehabilitation of the site; —Choice of the Construction Supervision Contractor (Consultant), the conclusion of a contract with him and the provision of consulting services for the exercise of independent construction supervision during the construction and the warranty period for the site — Exercise of author’s supervision over the performance of the works — Implementation of the measures on information and publicity of the project — Introduction of the site into operation, execution of project activities, verification of costs and reporting of the results achieved
