The project proposal aims to further improve the working environment in Alukom JSC by improving working conditions and human resources management.To achieve the goal, the project proposal includes the following activities:- Development, adaptation and implementation of a complex system for human resources development in Alukom AD, including measures for selection, training, development and continuity of staff, optimisation of work processes through flexible forms of employment, innovative models and practices for engagement of staff in environmental protection.- PPE purchase and special workwear.- Training of workers and employees on specific health risks at workAs a result of the implementation of the project:- Innovative models for work organisation will be introduced, aimed at increasing productivity and engaging staff in environmental protection; measures for the selection, training, development and continuity of staff; optimisation of work processes through flexible forms of employment, measures to facilitate the reconciliation of work and private life and to extend the working lives of older workers.- The safety and health of working conditions will be improved by supplying workers with high quality PPE and special workwear.- Training will be conducted, oriented and including topics aimed at preventing risk and harm to health from the most significant non-direct production factors.
