Company “Atomenergoremont” JSC produces pressure vessels, complex welded structures, shafts, assemblies and facilities, sections and windings for electric motors, as well as performing repair activities in electrical power plants, industrial, energy and other objects. This project envisages activities leading to expansion of production capacity and increasing energy efficiency and competitiveness in the production base of the company in Kozloduy, NPP site, to achieve lower production costs and reduce harmful emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The following activities are planned to be carried out:- Optimisation, modernisation and improvement of the production capacity of the technological line for the production of welded structures (LPC) in implementation of Measure 1 of the energy efficiency audit carried out;- Optimisation, modernisation and improvement of the production capacity of the technological shaft production line under Measure 2 of the energy efficiency audit carried out; optimisation, modernisation and improvement of the production capacity of the technological line for the production of energy vessels (LPEE) in implementation of Measure 3 of the energy efficiency audit;- Replacement of an old coil baking press with a new hydraulic press for firing windings in implementation of Measure 4 of the energy efficiency audit carried out; reduction of energy costs in the “Electro” workshop — coil section through the purchase of a new, energy-saving mechanical ventilation system for the recovery of residual heat in implementation of Measure 5 of the energy efficiency audit;- Consultancy services for the introduction and certification of an energy management system according to the requirements of standard EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management System);- Financial audit of the project;- Publicity and visualisation of the project.
